Raw Story reports:
Attorney Mike Davis, one of Donald Trump’s rumored attorney general candidates, is threatening lawsuits for anyone who calls the ex-president a convicted felon. “Dear Media and Other Democrat Operatives: Fair warning: Calling Trump a ‘convicted felon’ is defamatory. You may get sued,” Davis wrote on X.
Trump was convicted of 34 felonies involving a scheme to influence the 2016 election and hide an alleged affair with an adult film actress and director. Legal analysts and experts didn’t take Davis’s argument seriously — and many of them flat-out dared him to sue them.
