The Democratic National Convention returns for a second day Tuesday with a tribute to Vice President Kamala Harris from her husband, first gentleman Doug Emhoff, and speeches from former President Barack Obama and former first lady Michelle Obama. Other speakers on Tuesday include Michigan Gov. Gretchen Whitmer, Sen. Bob Casey of Pennsylvania and Arizona Sen. Mark Kelly. Day 1 of the DNC gave President Joe Biden a moment to shine and celebrate his accomplishments before passing the torch to his vice president.

Tonight will also feature the state-by-state roll call of delegates, with California Gov. Gavin Newsom expected to deliver the delegates to put Harris over the top.
