Media Matters has the transcript:
JULIE BANDERAS (FOX NEWS ANCHOR): Joey has actually sent me pictures while he’s out hunting and it actually reminds me of one of the hats —
JOEY JONES (FOX NEWS CONTRIBUTOR): It’s a little bit of cultural appropriation.
BANDERAS: But this is actually the hat that’s being worn by liberals who want to take away your guns when this is a hunting hat. I mean, is it not?
BANDERAS: Also, Trump’s red hat has a message. What is the message there? There’s no message, it’s just their last names —
KAYLEIGH MCENANY (CO-HOST): Pandering —
BANDERAS: I thought it was weak. Yeah, very pandering.
Fox News reports:
The viral camouflage hat sported by Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz shortly after he accepted the nomination has raised close to $1 million for the Harris campaign.
A camouflage hat with orange embroidery spelling out “Harris/Walz” hit the official Harris campaign store after Walz was pictured wearing it Tuesday, selling out its initial inventory of 3,000 hats in a half hour and raising nearly $1 million for the campaign.
But the hat has also drawn the scorn of critics, with the executive director of the NRA Institute for Legislative Action saysing that “a camo hat can’t camouflage the fact that Kamala Harris and Tim Walz are gun-grabbing radicals who support confiscating firearms from law-abiding hunters and gun owners.”
Meanwhile Trump is selling trading cards, golden sneakers, Christmas ornaments, bibles, and a shitload of other made-in-China trinkets.
