Politico reports:
North Dakota Gov. Doug Burgum has been informed that he is not former President Donald Trump’s choice to be his vice presidential nominee, according to two sources familiar with the decision. Sen. Marco Rubio (R-Fla.) has also been told something similar. A spokesperson for former President Donald Trump says he has made his pick for running mate. “The first time we will see the VP nominee in-person will be 4:37 p.m.” Eastern, the spokesperson said, “at the beginning of the VP nomination process.”
