LIVE VIDEO: Harris Speaks At Biden’s Headquarters

The Delaware News Journal reports:

Vice President Kamala Harris, whom President Joe Biden endorsed Sunday after announcing he will no longer seek reelection, is speaking from the Biden headquarters Monday. Harris met with members of the Delaware delegation and visited Biden’s campaign headquarters in Wilmington, which is expected to transition to hers as she mounts her presidential campaign. Wilmington police set up a perimeter on Tatnall Street outside the Brandywine Building, where Biden had his Wilmington campaign headquarters.
