Hunter Biden Drops Fox Lawsuit Over Miniseries

Hunter Biden dropped his lawsuit against Fox News over a a fictionalized miniseries on him that President Biden’s son alleged violated New York law by publishing nude photos and videos of him without his consent.

Hunter Biden’s lawyers filed court papers seeking to have the suit dismissed hours after his father withdrew from the 2024 race Sunday — though it wasn’t immediately clear if this had any bearing on the legal action.

The program, “The Trial of Hunter Biden: A Mock Trial for the American People,” was later taken down from the Fox Nation streaming platform after Biden threatened to sue over the miniseries in April, per Axios’ Jacob Knutson.
