Details Emerge In Justin Timberlake’s DUI Arrest

The New York Post reports:

Justin Timberlake was “wasted’’ before his DWI bust Tuesday — and even picked up someone else’s drink from the table and downed it when its owner went to the bathroom, a witness told The Post. “He was wasted. At one point, just before closing, somebody got up to go to the bathroom and left his drink on the table,’’ the source said of the scene at the posh American Hotel in Sag Harbor, LI, in the wee hours.

He told arresting officers he had just “one martini” — while refusing three times to take a Breathalyzer test, according to court documents. He attempted to pass field sobriety tests — which he failed miserably, the papers said. The cop who pulled him over was too young to recognize the former boy-band star or even know his name, sources told The Post. Timberlake said under his breath at one point, “This is going to ruin the tour,’’ sources said.
