The Denver Gazette reports:
The Republicans running in the June primary in Colorado’s 4th Congressional District threw more elbows than punches in a televised debate on Thursday night in Denver, with most of the jabs aimed at U.S. Rep. Lauren Boebert, though her rivals also took hits.
Boebert, who has faced criticism for claiming credit for funding in bills she voted against, repeatedly referenced the Pueblo Jobs Act, a measure that was included in a larger bill that was signed into law last year by President Joe Biden.
She also defended her record of influencing legislation in ways other than putting her name on bills.
Raw Story reports:
A Colorado anchorman had Boebert back on her heels during a debate among candidates seeking the House seat representing the state’s 4th district by pressing her on her lies about her Beetlejuice groping theater scandal.
Clark persisted and asked her if she had apologized to the service workers she harassed and abused as she was escorted from the Denver theater where she was filmed giving them the finger.
“Well, it has been reported that I flipped someone off and I did not,” Boebert shot back. “I think it has been very mischaracterized. I’m apologizing for you, Kyle Clark, for getting video and releasing that and people seeing it in a very private moment.”

NEW: Rep. Lauren Boebert claims credit for projects in Colorado even when she votes against the bills funding them. Boebert said in our #CO4 debate that she would still have voted no if she was the deciding vote, killing those projects she claims credit for now. #copolitics pic.twitter.com/JwDLJ0tKgm
