Law & Crime reports:
Attorneys representing creditors of Rudy Giuliani on Friday said they plan to subpoena the former New York City mayor’s spokesperson in order to ascertain a bevy of financial details – including certain potential assets and liabilities – as his bankruptcy case moves on.
The subpoena aims to obtain all documents or communications related to “expenses, fees, or other amounts owed to the Debtor, any Debtor Related Entity or any Giuliani Defense Fund by Donald J. Trump, his campaign or the Republican National Committee.”
The creditors also seem to believe Giuliani might have tried to avail himself of some COVID-19 pandemic relief funds.
