Daniels will testify about having had sex with Trump. Susan Hoffinger, a prosecutor, is arguing that these details are key to the case — and that this issue has already been settled. She says that details that are too salacious will not be admitted, but that the story is “significant” and important to prosecutors in terms of Daniels’s credibility.
Trump keeps trying to talk to Susan Necheles, his lawyer, as prosecutors argue why they should be able to question Daniels on “some details” and Necheles objects.
Instead, he talks to another lawyer, Todd Blanche. Susan Hoffinger, a prosecutor, clarifies that Stormy Daniels will not describe “genitalia.” This was — amazingly, given the defendant is a former president — an open question.
