Yet another request by former Donald Trump White House trade adviser Peter Navarro to be released from prison was rejected, this time by the full federal Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia. The one-page ruling denied Navarro’s request for a full rehearing, with the decision noting that there was “an absence of a request” by any member of the court to consider Navarro’s appeal. He raised the request to the Supreme Court in an emergency motion but was also rejected by Chief Justice John Roberts, who handles emergency requests like these for cases in the District of Columbia.
