Raw Story reports:
A juror seated in Donald Trump’s criminal hush-money trial was the second to be dismissed on Thursday. As jurors returned to the courtroom for the third day of trial, one woman said she had “concerns about her ability to be fair.”
Soon after, prosecutors said another juror, a man, had not disclosed that he had been arrested for tearing down political posters.
New York Justice Juan Merchan also warned members of the press not to report on jurors’ current or former workplaces to prevent them from being identified.
