Trump Posts Fake Video Showing Democrats Cheering Him As He Replaces Biden At The Podium During SOTU

On Sunday, Trump posted a manipulated video showing himself replacing Joe Biden struggling at the State of the Union speech and Democrats cheering for him.

Biden’s speech is interrupted with an announcement introducing “the President of the United States” as Trump walks in. The manipulated video then shows Jill Biden, Bernie Sanders, AOC, Pete Buttigieg, Nancy Pelosi, and countless Democratic members clapping and celebrating as Trump continues walking in with rock music playing.

The video then makes it appear that Biden is walking off the podium as Trump approaches it. Trump makes it to the podium, replacing Biden, and then the video fades to a graphic reading “State of the Union 2024.”
