Newsmax host Carl Higbie punctuated a speech by former President Donald Trump in South Carolina by stating it is his network’s position that the results of the 2020 election were “legal and final.”
After Trump’s speech, which Newsmax aired in its entirety, Higbie greeted viewers. “I never get tired of that guy,” he said before adding a caveat from a sheet of paper he was holding up.
“The president mentioned in his speech the 2020 elections. Newsmax as a network believes the results were legal and final.” Dominion’s case against Newsmax is pending.
