The Detroit News reports:
A Kent County Circuit Court judge ruled Tuesday that Kristina Karamo had been removed as the Michigan Republican Party’s chairwoman on Jan. 6 and barred her from continuing to assert that she holds the position.
The decision from Judge J. Joseph Rossi settled, at least temporarily, a leadership dispute that’s been devouring the Michigan GOP for six months, including for the beginning of a presidential election year.
Rossi said there were sufficient votes to unseat Karamo in a Jan. 6 special meeting of the party’s state committee, and it was a decision that was “permitted” by the bylaws of the Michigan GOP. Karamo, who was in the courtroom for the decision, told reporters it was “grossly unfair.”

Standing outside the courtroom, Kristina Karamo declined to say whether her caucuses in Detroit will go forward Saturday.
She called the judge’s decision unfair.
“We will not let this go. Our delegates will not let this go,” she added. https://t.co/wNWgMwJcWP
