CNN reports:
Kenneth Chesebro, the right-wing attorney who helped devise the Trump campaign’s fake electors plot in 2020, concealed a secret Twitter account from Michigan prosecutors, hiding dozens of damning posts that undercut his statements to investigators about his role in the election subversion scheme.
Chesebro denied using Twitter, now known as the platform X, or having any “alternate IDs” when directly asked by Michigan investigators last year during his cooperation session, according to recordings of his interview obtained by CNN.
The anonymous account, BadgerPundit, also showed a keen interest in the Electoral College process and lined up with Chesebro’s private activities at the time.

As a fellow Wisconsinite, I followed Badger Pundit and he followed me. Then I muted him because he was an obnoxious pro-insurrectionist. I didn’t realize I was connected with Kenneth Chesebro. https://t.co/72fTYkQ9Dc

Chesebro told MI prosecutors GOP electors were a contingency to be used only if Trump won election suits. Said it was “ridiculous” that legislatures could step in if Trump lost in court. But on his secret Twitter, he said courts didn’t matter and legislatures should get involved pic.twitter.com/hahbxYLQzX

Further, Chesebro told MI prosecutors he didn’t think Pence should be involved in picking which electors to recognize on January 6. But on his secret Twitter, Chesebro embraced the idea that Pence could throw the election to Trump with the GOP electors https://t.co/a5aGq7605s pic.twitter.com/Wi52aeIYEX

Among other things: Chesebro uploaded documents used in Trump 2020 legal planning from a Google Drive account called “Badger Pundit. The email address leads to a now-deactivated blog and Twitter account which live-tweeted the effort to undo Trump’s loss pic.twitter.com/aMOm14JvaH
