Scott’s Fiancé Was Sued For “Shell And Sham Scheme”

The murky financial past of GOP dropout Tim Scott’s new girlfriend has been laid bare in court papers unearthed exclusively by DailyMail.com. Mindy Noce, 47, was accused of helping tech entrepreneur ex-husband Peter ‘Jay’ Noce create shell companies to hide their assets and avoid liability over a $1.2 million deal gone wrong, according to documents filed in 2017. At the same time, she was divorcing her former spouse, blaming the collapse of their marriage on his heavy drinking and opioid abuse.

Mindy walked away with $2,181,000 and spousal support of $9,500 a month from the marriage, according to court documents obtained by DailyMail.com. The glamorous design consultant for an upscale real estate firm had been living with her ex in a magnificent $8 million estate in one of the most desirable sections of Daniel Island, an exclusive community bordering Charleston.
