CHRIS PLANTE: And the Democrats — you’re right, shouldn’t have started this swatting thing, which has been, you know, had been targeting Republicans for ages.

PENNY NANCE (GUEST): Well I think he did it himself. And don’t you think that this judge seems a lot like Judge Ito? Remember that? Remember the OJ Simpson trial? The guy loved the cameras. They wanted them in the courtroom.

PLANTE: Judge Ito. Yeah.

NANCE: Judge Ito. He wanted cameras. He, you know, he lied. He tried to have his own show later, he wanted to be Judge Judy. And this judge reminds me of the same thing.

PLANTE: Well, I love that now a couple of Democrats have been swatted, now it’s an issue. It’s been going on for ages with Republicans.

Penny Nance has appeared here many times, mostly for her batshit anti-LGBTQ crusades as head of the Concernstipated Women of America.

She last appeared here in 2022 when she called for boycotting Target over its policy to cover the costs of employees forced to travel out of state to seek abortions.

Nance, who in 2020 launched a “Women For Amy” bus tour in support of then-Supreme Court nominee Amy Coney Barrett, has blamed atheists for the Holocaust.
