New Details On Accused Moms For Liberty Shoplifter

Records indicate that Keri Blair arrived in the same car – a gray Infiniti SUV – and used the same debit card in her name each time she stole from the retail giant. According to authorities, Target has video footage of Blair allegedly stealing the items. Reports say the value of the goods stolen on each occasion range from $63.38-$140.49. The theft investigation into Blair began on December 27, a week after her final alleged theft at Target.

On Wednesday, Collierville Schools announced that Blair had resigned her post citing “personal, family reasons.” To deal with repeat shoplifting offenders, Target reportedly implements a system wherein store authorities allow thefts to occur unchallenged for weeks and sometimes months. Instead of filing reports, the thieves will be documented until the dollar amount they’ve taken meets local thresholds for substantial criminal charges.
