Nikki Haley declared “may the best woman win” in response to DeSantis’ exit from the race, promising to “fight all the way until the last second.”
“This comes down to what do you want: Do you want more of the same or do you want something new?” Haley asked a cheering crowd in New Hampshire. In a now-frequent refrain, Haley nodded to “the fellas” who also ran in the race and said that now there’s just “one fella and one lady left.”

In the first clip below, Haley is asked if she’ll stick by last year’s pledge to the RNC that she will support the eventual nominee. Haley: “It’s gonna be me.” Haley posted her pledge signature on social media in August.
