The Messenger reports:
Rep. Claudia Tenney, R-N.Y., has nominated former President Donald Trump for a Nobel Peace Prize, citing the “historic” Abraham Accords, which were signed between Israel, the United Arab Emirates, and Bahrain in 2020.
“Donald Trump was instrumental in facilitating the first new peace agreements in the Middle East in almost 30 years,” Tenney told Fox News Digital in a statement.
In September of 2020, the United States mediated the agreement leading to the Abraham Accords and its first signing was hosted at the White House during the Trump Administration.
