Fox Host: Mike Johnson’s Job Is “Hanging By A Thread”

The Hill reports:

“The Republicans in the House are in such disarray, the Speaker of the House is hanging on to his job by a thread,” Steve Doocy said on Fox’s flagship morning talk show. “Please say they’re not going to go down that route again,” co-host Ainsley Earhardt exclaimed. “They might,” Brian Kilmeade, another co-host chimed in.

“It could happen before February 1,” Doocy continued. “So the Republicans may not have the vote, even though they had the big chaotic circus yesterday.”

“Didn’t they change that rule? The motion to vacate?” Earhardt asked her colleagues.  “They didn’t,” Doocy said. “They should have,” added Lawrence Jones. “They just want to make sure they’re not in the majority next election,” Kilmeade said.
