Trump is taking advantage of the lifted gag order in his New York Civil Court case by reposting an attack article on Judge Engoron’s law clerk. Engoron had previously fined Trump twice for violations of the gag order.
The article Trump reposted from The National Pulse uses a video posted by an individual behind the Twitter account Judicial Protest who has already been convicted of spreading false information against officers of the court in order to obtain more favorable outcomes.
In 2020, a court ruled that Brock Fredin, who is behind the Judicial Protest account, created websites and videos in “a bad faith effort to harass and intimidate defendants, their counsel, and the court.”
