Former President Donald Trump wants to move the recent lawsuit calling him disqualified to run for his old White House job back in the state of Colorado to federal court. Trump “satisfies the procedural requirements for removal,” the notice asserts. “Trump’s basis for removal of the state court action is federal question jurisdiction under Section 3 of Fourteenth Amendment,” it reads.
