Kelly: Trump Can “Sic The DOJ” On Dems When Elected

“There’s a legal debate about it but based on my review, he can pardon himself. But even if he can’t pardon himself, if he can get into office before the cases are resolved, he can pull the case back.

“He’s going to be the person appointing the Attorney General of the United States, and I’m very sure it will not be Merrick Garland.

“And so, he can, sort of, sic the DOJ on somebody else, not on himself. But all of those are big ifs. I don’t think that documents case is going to get tried before November 2024.
