He’s running? Rep. Ralph Norman isn’t ruling out a primary challenge against Sen. Lindsey Graham, the South Carolina conservative confirmed Thursday.
Details: Norman indicated he has sensed weakness from Graham after the longtime GOP senator was repeatedly booed — “not once, but three times” — by a Republican crowd in his home state when he took the stage with Donald Trump. (Norman has endorsed Nikki Haley, his state’s former governor, for president.)
“Oh no, I’m not ruling it out,” Norman told POLITICO on Thursday, noting “a lot” of groups have reached out to him about running.
