Deadline Hollywood reports:

One day after Britney Spears accused NBA star Victor Wembanyama’s security guard of hitting her as she attempted to say hello the Spurs No. 1 overall pick, Las Vegas police say it was Spears own hand that struck her face as the security guard attempted to slap her hand off of Wembanyama’s shoulder. No charges will be filed.

ABC affiliate KTNV13 obtained a copy of the report, which reads in part: “Detectives and I were able to review surveillance footage of the event which showed Britney going to tap the Spurs player on the shoulder. When she touched the player [the security guard] pushes her hand off the player without looking which causes Britney’s hand to hit herself in the face.”
