Orlando’s $130M Christian Theme Park Is Demolished

The Roys Report reports:

The Holy Land Experience, one of America’s largest biblical theme parks, lies in ruins, after Trinity Broadcasting Network (TBN) spent more than $130 million on the project.

AdventHealth purchased the Orlando, Fla., property from TBN in 2021 for $32 million. According to Orlando TV station WESH, AdventHealth submitted plans to build a hospital on the site.

According to Trinity Foundation sources, The Holy Land Experience became TBN co-founder Jan Crouch’s pet project. Jan oversaw remodels and new exhibits as the theme park produced Broadway-style musicals.

The Holy Land Experience was most noted for its thrice-daily crucifixion reenactments. Jan Crouch [photo above] died in 2016 at the age of 78.

In 2012 Crouch’s granddaughter accused her of stealing tens of millions in donations meant for their scam ministry.

At one point, Crouch and her still-living husband Paul owned a $50 million private jet, 13 mansions, and a $100,000 trailer just for her dog.

In 2004 Paul Crouch was accused of paying off an employee to cover up a homosexual affair. TBN continues to broadcast on hundreds of stations.

In the classic video below, Jan Crouch excitedly relates how she prayed a chicken back to life.
