The Associated Press reports:
A Pennsylvania restaurant owner who screamed death threats directed at then-House Speaker Nancy Pelosi while storming the U.S. Capitol was sentenced on Tuesday to more than two years in prison. Pauline Bauer was near Pelosi’s office suite on Jan. 6, 2021, when she yelled at police officers to bring out the California Democrat so the mob of Donald Trump supporters could hang her. After forcing her way into the Capitol, she accosted officers who were trying to secure the Rotunda, shoving one of them, and yelled at police to “bring them out or we’re coming in,” according to prosecutors. “They’re criminals. They need to hang,” she screamed. “Bring Nancy Pelosi out here now. We want to hang that fucking bitch. Bring her out.”
From my July 2021 report:
In what experts describe as an inadvisable legal strategy, Bauer has demanded to represent herself in court, appeared to threaten a court clerk with prison time, and declared herself a “self-governed individual” with special legal privileges. Bauer does not simply appear in court, she clarified during a June 11 proceeding via Zoom.“I am here by special divine appearance, a living soul,” she told a judge that day, while stating that she did not want an attorney. Bauer told the court, “I do not stand under the law. Under Genesis 1, God gave man dominion over the law.”
Pauline Bauer gets 27 months (2+ years) in prison, 24 months of supervised release and a fine of $2,000. She has already served some time pretrial, so she’ll get credit for that. https://t.co/cbFkMuiMwa

Unhinged J6er/sov. cit. Pauline Bauer, who spent a year in jail because she wouldn’t recognize bail conditions, now has a “profound respect for the law”. The 55-yr-old called to “bring Nancy Pelosi out” to a mob. Seeks time served “in a healing process”.https://t.co/38kMScauEk pic.twitter.com/BZQzq3NKLa

Pauline Bauer, a Pennsylvania conspiracy theorist who wanted to hang Nancy Pelosi on Jan. 6, was found guilty on all counts today, including a felony count of obstruction of an official proceeding. She previously held herself out as a sovereign citizen. pic.twitter.com/Sfe2VDZBP1
