CNN reports:
Republican presidential candidate Nikki Haley on Wednesday called for changing the retirement age and limiting Social Security and Medicare benefits for wealthier Americans, staking out a position on the politically controversial issue of entitlement reform that’s already been the subject of attacks from former President Donald Trump.
“The first thing you do is you change the retirement age of the young people coming up so that we can try and have some sort of system for them,” Haley said at a town hall in Council Bluffs, Iowa. Haley’s campaign, however, did not immediately respond when CNN asked what the former South Carolina governor would set as the retirement age.

When Nikki Haley, Mr. Trump’s U.N. ambassador and the former governor of South Carolina, formally introduced her own candidacy in February, she did so alongside the televangelist John C. Hagee, who expressed his support for Mr. Trump in 2016.
During his 2008 presidential campaign, Senator John McCain rejected Mr. Hagee’s endorsement after a watchdog group unearthed a sermon in which Mr. Hagee had described Hitler and the Holocaust as part of God’s plan for bringing the Jews to Palestine.
“He is a dear friend,” said Nachama Soloveichik, the communications director for Ms. Haley’s presidential campaign. “We have zero reservations about standing beside him.”
Hagee is perhaps best known here for declaring that the Antichrist is gay, just like Hitler was. Hagee previously declared that atheism is “stupid” because atheists have never faith-healed anybody, that all atheists should “get out” of the United States, and that Sodom and Gomorrah was only a “pilot study” for God’s ultimate plan to lovingly murder the fuck out of every homosexual. In 2016, Hagee warned that God would punish any Christian who “betrays Israel” by voting for that godless communist Hillary Clinton. In 2021, Hagee nearly died of COVID after preaching that the real vaccine is Jesus. He then got the vaccine.
