Comer Subpoenas Bank For Biden Family Financials

Congress Minutes reports:

House Oversight Chair James Comer has begun subpoenaing banks for records as part of his investigation into Hunter Biden and the Biden family, Rep. Jamie Raskin (D-Md.) disclosed in a letter to the Kentucky Republican.

It’s the first known subpoena of a financial institution by Comer as he conducts a sweeping investigation into Hunter Biden, President Joe Biden and other Biden family members.

Republicans are hoping to find a smoking gun linking the president to his son’s business deals. No evidence has emerged that Biden’s decisions as president or vice president were influenced by those arrangements.
