DeSantis started his vax investigation to appeal to the MAGA base, which is largely anti-vax. He’s trying to handicap Trump, who can’t run on the one thing he can claim he got right – getting shots to Americans in record time.

“COVID still kills about 450 Americans per day. Disproportionately, these deaths are among people who are not fully vaccinated. Ron DeSantis doesn’t give a crap about that. He doesn’t care if his stunt convinces people not to get vaccinated.”https://t.co/btl347yK48

DeSantis launches strike against lifesaving science, the 1st time any governor abused the power of the court system to write deliberate falsehoods against public health leaders into official court records where they could be wielded by other anti-vax forceshttps://t.co/fxTzLyzwfc
