All around us, wokeness abounds. This isn’t a phenomenon that is a reflection of realities just discovered – say as if new information just reaching us from a faraway telescope that suddenly transforms our understanding of the world.
No, wokeness is a product of unreality, a twisted way of thinking fostered by elites and now infecting not only culture, but law, government, science and virtually every other institution.
Examples of wokeness of course are everywhere. Whenever they appear, it’s important that they be viewed as a contest of reality against unreality.
The reality of human existence is that there are two sexes, male and female. In the world of the woke, this is transformed into gender identity, a product of unreality.
In reality, as demonstrated in every civilization since the dawn of time, marriage is the union of one man and one woman.
In the world of the woke, marriage is transformed into unreality – any two will do (or three, or four or more).

Wokeness is a product of the elites, an ideology that was largely invented in elite American universities.
When I studied Modern History while attending Oxford University in England, I benefitted from a classical education.
I learned about the rise and fall of different empires, studied various ages, especially the Modern Age (1750 AD to present), delved into classic literature, explored great philosophical thinkers, etc.
At that time there was no push behind woke ideology. But my experience after Oxford as a DPhil candidate at UCLA was entirely different and very much woke. UCLA represents the tip of the woke spear.
Students were regularly indoctrinated on matters such as queer theory, gender identity, patriarchy, structural racism, religious bigotry and many other ideological elements that define the modern political left.
NOM is not woke, to say the least, and as long as we have your continued support, we will remain on the field of battle defending your values and being your voice in culture, law and government.
