Republican Charged With Masturbating Near Preschool

A Republican candidate for a seat on the Maricopa County Community College District Governing Board may face felony charges after the police say they caught him in the act of masturbating across the street from an Arizona preschool.

Randy Gene Kaufman, who identified himself as a former prison supervisor, was charged earlier this month with one count of public sexual indecency – contact, court records reviewed by Law&Crime show.

“I looked southwest approximately 190 feet with a full view of the Wirtzie’s Preschool and Child Care Center and saw several preschool age children having outdoor activities in the playground,” the arresting officer wrote.

Read the full article. Upon being confronted, Kaufman reportedly told the cop, “I’m sorry. I fucked up. I’m really stressed.” He then reportedly said he’d been watching interracial porn on his phone.
