Raw Story reports:
Georgia prosecutors offered Rudy Giuliani a bus ticket after he claimed he could not comply with a subpoena because his doctor would not let him fly. Giuliani’s attorney, Robert Costello, said that the judge had excused his client from testimony on Tuesday.
But Fulton County Deputy District Attorney Will Wooten called Giuliani’s bluff. “We do not consent to change the date,” Wooten told Costello in an email.
“We expect to see your client before the grand jury on August 9, 2022, here in Atlanta. We will provide alternate transportation including bus or train if your client maintains that he is unable to fly.”

Amazing.
Giuliani said a recent heart procedure meant he couldn't travel to ATL out of state …so the Fulton DA's office found a tweet of Giuliani apparently traveling out of state. pic.twitter.com/LZONxwDxZz

And there's more… the Fulton DA's office even offered to buy a bus or plane ticket for Giuliani to come testify since he said he wasn't cleared to fly.
(Then they also said they have records that he bought flights to Rome and Zurich around same time)https://t.co/zjGNTUlhh1 pic.twitter.com/KOKvMOCfrX
