Alabama Pastor Charged With Sexual Abuse Of Child

Huntsville’s CBS affiliate reports:

A man has been arrested for sex abuse of a minor on Monday. Authorities say that David Andrew Brown, 65, of Huntsville, was arrested and charged with sexual abuse of a child less than 12 years old.

On two social media accounts, Brown lists himself as the human resource director at Crestwood Medical Center in Huntsville and says he’s an ordained minister at Assemblies of The Lord Jesus Christ.

According to the church’s website, he was still listed as a pastor at New Life Worship Center in Limestone County when this story was published. As of Tuesday afternoon, the website no longer exists.
