2020 GOP Senate Nominee: Uvalde Mass Shooting Was “Federal Operation” To Stop Hispanics From Voting Red

Kyle Mantyla reports at Right Wing Watch:

Lauren Witzke—a Russia-loving white nationalist and conspiracy theorist who was the Delaware Republican Party’s nominee for the U.S. Senate in 2020—claimed that the recent mass shooting at an elementary school in Uvalde, Texas was “a federal operation” to prevent Hispanic voters from supporting Republican candidates in the midterm elections.

During Tuesday’s “CrossTalk News” program, Witzke and her bigoted and racist co-host Edward Szall discussed the mass shooting in Uvalde, with Witzke declaring that it had been “organized and operated” by the government.

“So, of course I think about the conspiracy behind all of it,” Witzke said. “What do they gain from this, besides the gun control push? Hispanics are starting to vote Republican and conservative. They specifically targeted a school in an area that is majority Hispanic—it’s essentially Mexico is what it is—and they went specifically for a Hispanic district.”

As previously reported, Witzke has an arrest record for meth and heroin possession and has claimed that she used to smuggle drugs for Mexican cartels.

A self-described “strong” Flat Earther, Witzke is a former host for Christian pastor Rick Wiles’ viciously anti-Semitic and anti-LGBT TruNews.

Witzke is affiliated with Holocaust denier Nick Fuentes and has been banned from most platforms due to racist posts.

In September 2020, Witzke won the GOP US Senate primary in Delaware with 57% of the vote. She lost the general election to Sen. Chris Coons by 21 points.

In August 2021, she claimed to be on the FAA’s no-fly list after being denied a flight to attend Mike Lindell’s “symposium” in South Dakota.

She last appeared on JMG in October 2021 when she claimed to be very sick with something that she refused to be vaccinated against.
