At SCOTUS Confirmation Hearing, Alabama AG Refuses Multiple Times To Acknowledge Biden As Fairly Elected

Montgomery’s ABC News affiliate reports:

Alabama Attorney General Steve Marshall testified today before the U.S. Senate Judiciary Committee nomination hearing of Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson as an Associate Justice of the U.S. Supreme Court.

During his testimony, AG Marshall said he had particular concern about the “left’s efforts to downplay violent crime while also claiming that the justice system is “broken” and “biased.””

“I have heard nothing this week to alleviate my fear that Judge Jackson believes that a ‘fundamental redesign’ is indeed needed in our criminal-justice system and that she would be inclined to use her position on the Court to this end. For this reason, I respectfully oppose her nomination.”
