Italian Catholic Military Chaplain Condemns Anti-LGBT Archbishop For Spreading Deranged Anti-Vax Claims

The Associated Press reports:

Italy’s Catholic military chaplain has pushed back strongly against calls by a former Vatican ambassador for the armed forces to resist COVID-19 vaccine mandates, saying the ambassador’s “conspiracy theories” were a source of confusion and disinformation.

Archbishop Santo Marcianò penned a letter to Italian law enforcement personnel in response to the latest missive from Archbishop Carlo Maria Vigano [photo], the Vatican’s onetime U.S. ambassador who went rogue in 2018 after calling for Pope Francis to resign over the clergy sexual abuse scandal.

Vigano’s anti-Francis missives have become increasingly unhinged, especially during the coronavirus pandemic, which he has denied and termed a criminal pretext by a “globalist oligarchy” to enslave humanity.

Vigano last appeared on JMG when he claimed that COVID vaccines are designed to “contact-trace” humans with a “quantum link of pulsed frequencies.”

Before that, we heard from him when he accused the Vatican of being in the clutches of a “gay lobby” that seeks to create a “global dictatorship” within the church.

Vigano, you may recall, was shitcanned as Vatican envoy to the United States in 2016 after he sprung anti-gay Kentucky clerk Kim Davis on Pope Francis for a photo op during a visit to Washington DC.

Vigano and the Liberty Counsel, who helped engineer the stunt, laughably claimed that the Pope had requested an audience with Davis.

His Wikipedia entry goes on for several thousand words about his long history of batshittery.
