Media Matters has the transcript:
MICHAEL SAVAGE (GUEST): I watched the videos very carefully in the closing arguments. This kid, Rittenhouse, showed the most amazing restraint I have ever seen, and the presence of mind of a warrior trained by special forces. He did not open up a machine gun blast. He shot occasionally, one, two, three when he was about to be killed by these jackals — it looked like jackals surrounding him trying to kill him.
…..
SAVAGE: I’m not finished yet, I have a prop for you —
GRANT STINCHFIELD (HOST): Oh, let me see the prop.
SAVAGE: I have a solution to the problem. These are dueling pistols from 1865 from my antique gun collection. And it may come down to the fact — do I have to finish the sentence? I don’t think so. But, you get the picture. Because sometimes, it doesn’t matter what the truth is at all, Grant. All the matters is — right?
SAVAGE: These are antiques, they don’t work.
STINCHFIELD: I know they don’t even work, and I know you’re not condoning violence whatsoever.
As I often do, I went to the original Newsmax clip to take a better screenshot and as you can see at the 12:40 mark, Newsmax has made an abrupt edit to their video to remove the portion seen below.
