Bismarck’s CBS News affiliate reports:
A North Dakota lawmaker and an organizer of a rally to oppose COVID-19 vaccine mandates is infected with the coronavirus and won’t attend the event. Republican Rep. Jeff Hoverson says he is “quarantining.”
