QAnon Rep: Ivermectin Won The “Nobel Peace Prize”

While appearing on “Real America’s Voice,” Greene touted ivermectin’s purported effectiveness against COVID-19 and gushed that “it even won a Nobel Peace Prize.” In fact, ivermectin did not win the Nobel Peace Prize. Rather, scientists William C. Campbell and Satoshi Omura won the 2015 Nobel Prize in Physiology or Medicine for their work showing that ivermectin can be effective in treating against infections caused by roundworm parasites.
