NY1 reports:
His hilarious political and pop culture parodies have brought him more than 680,000 subscribers on Youtube. That’s because Randy Rainbow knows how to get a laugh. He’ll rely on those talents as grand marshal of this year’s Village Halloween Parade.
“I’m a Halloween person. I’m a Halloweenie. Am I allowed to say that on NY1?” asked Rainbow. “Clearly if you watch my videos you know I’m a person who enjoys dressing up in costumes.”
This gig is right up his alley and it’s a first for the comedian, which is an honor he doesn’t take lightly, especially given how much the city needs some comic relief.
