Caesars Cancels Las Vegas QAnon Convention

Las Vegas’s CBS News affiliate reports:

QAnon will have to find another place to meet after Caesars Entertainment pulled the plug on a planned meeting at a convention space near the Caesars Forum Shops on the Las Vegas Strip. Caesars Entertainment confirmed that the “Patriot Double Down” will no longer be held at Caesars Entertainment properties. The meeting was scheduled Oct. 22-25, with tickets ranging from $650 to as high as $3,000. No reason for the cancellation was given.

The Las Vegas Review-Journal reports:

The event is organized put on by The Patriot Voice, a group associated with the online alias “QAnon John,” who has been promoting the event on his Telegram channel that has more than 56,000 subscribers, and has referred to the group as “our organization, The Patriot Voice.” According to the Dallas Observer, QAnon John is John Sabal, who along with his wife, Amy, organized a similar QAnon event in Dallas in May.

According to their website, scheduled speakers include Michael Flynn, Ron Watkins, Jim Watkins, George Papadopolous, Juanita Broadrick, Cowboys For Trump founder Cuoy Griffin, anti-LGBT activist Bevelyn Beatty, several Nevada GOP state reps, and a slew other nobodies who’ve hitched their grifting wagons to the QAnon crazies.
