Josh Duggar’s Child Porn Trial Likely To Be Delayed

Fox News reports:

Attorneys for the United States are in partial agreement with Josh Duggar’s request to postpone his federal trial, Fox News has learned. Court records obtained by Fox News show U.S. Attorneys on Monday filed a response to Duggar’s request to delay his trial until February 2022.

The government states in their filing that it is not opposed to moving it approximately three months back but does not want to see it take until next year to move along.

Duggar was arrested by U.S. Marshals on April 29 in Arkansas. One day later, he was indicted on federal child pornography charges and pleaded not guilty. He was granted release by a federal judge as he awaits a July trial.
