The Washington Post reports:
Reps. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-Ga.) and Matt Gaetz (R-Fla.), two staunch allies of former president Donald Trump, both of whom are enveloped in controversies, plan to kick off an “America First” rally tour on Friday night at a well-known retirement community in central Florida.
According to a release announcing the tour, the pair aims to “rally the 74 million Americans that voted for President Trump” in the 2020 election and highlight the “destructive failings” of Biden.
“There are millions of Americans who need to know they still have advocates in Washington D.C., and the America First movement is consistently growing and fighting,” Gaetz said.
