Mets And Yankees: Free Tickets With On-Site Vax Shots

The New York Daily News reports:

Baseball fans can get free tickets to a Yankees or Mets game if they get vaccinated against COVID at either of the team’s facilities, Gov. Cuomo announced on Wednesday. The doses available outside Citi Field and Yankee Stadium will be the one-shot Johnson & Johnson vaccine, the governor said.

“We call that a New York home run,” Cuomo said. “You’re going to the game anyway. It’s on your way. Stop and get a vaccine.” The incentive comes as Cuomo and both teams unveiled new capacity limits for sections that will separate vaccinated spectators from those who have yet to be immunized.
