The Lexington Courier Journal reports:
The FBI arrested a man Tuesday in Louisville and charged him in connection with the deadly riot at the U.S. Capitol in January.
Eric Clark, of Louisville, faces charges for knowingly entering or remaining in any restricted building or grounds without lawful authority and for violent entry and disorderly conduct on Capitol grounds.
Clark, 44, was booked in the Oldham County Detention Center Tuesday. The FBI said he is expected to have his initial appearance in federal court Tuesday.
