The New York Daily News reports:
Geraldo Rivera is urging President Trump to walk away with “grace and dignity.” The veteran reporter read an “open letter” to his pal on Twitter Thursday where he praised the president’s battle against the pandemic, among other things.
“You came so close in this election, but time coming soon to say goodbye with grace and dignity,” Rivera said, “I know that’s hard to hear, but that’s the way I feel about this now.”
“Leave with your chin high in a week or so when the court fights no longer present a realistic long-shot chance to overturn the election, that’s very important,” Rivera said.
Suddenly #DrFauci is bullish on vaccines. Where was that optimism two weeks ago?Message to friend @POTUS @realdonaldtrump finish the count by all means-then move on with grace and dignity.
You’ve been great but we all have to know when it’s over to leave the stage. pic.twitter.com/3vWkzkcF1N
