Mask Refuser Screams N-Word At NYC Verizon Worker

The New York Daily News reports:

An irate woman called one worker in a Manhattan Verizon store a “fat ugly n—-r” and hurled a trash can at another — all because they asked her to wear a mask, shocking video shared on social media shows.

Employees at the Upper East Side store on E. 69th St. store near Third Ave. had offered the customer a mask multiple times when she walked in around 5 p.m. Thursday, but she refused to wear one, police said.

The person hit by the bin was treated for minor injuries at New York Presbyterian Hospital, cops said. Verizon is asking the public to help identify her so they can “ban her for life from entering our stores and terminate her ability to do business with us.”
